The evening begins with truffle cheese drizzled with local honey, offering a rich and delicate start. Next, enjoy a peppery arugula salad with poppy seeds and raspberries, bringing a refreshing balance of brightness and texture.

We’ll continue with spring onion cheese bread, warm and savory, before moving into a comforting yet vibrant pasta primavera, showcasing the fresh flavors of the season.

To finish, indulge in lemon-drizzled cheesecake, a light and citrus-kissed dessert that provides the perfect sweet ending.
